When you pre-order, you are purchasing a product not yet in inventory. Full payment is due at checkout. As long as the order has not yet been fulfilled, you have the option to cancel. Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled but full or partial refund may be requested . See below for more details on returns and refunds.
No products may be returned for credit or refund without prior authorization from Brain Ritual. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products. Expired products may not be returned under any circumstances. Brain Ritual is not be liable for replacement of products that have been damaged by any party outside of Brain Ritual’s control.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your first order, contact us at info@migraket.com within 60 days of purchase to initiate a return and refund. Please note that we recommended taking MigraKet®, twice a day for 4 weeks to notice initial effects.
For any subsequent orders, the product must be unused and unopened, and returned within 30 days of the order date. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received by our warehouse, to receive a refund to your original form of payment.
